No cash refunds. Store credit only. Returns are processed once a week on Fridays.

- Accessories/Jewelry
- Intimates (i.e. bodysuits)

Defective Merchandise needs to be reported by text message within 3 days of receipt (479) 966-9430.
- Returns can take up to 10 business days to process. Returns are processed once a week on Fridays.
- We do not provide return labels. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once processed, you will receive an e-card to use on your next purchase. Store credits do not expire.
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance when sending items back. We are not responsible for lost packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns that appear worn, have traces of makeup, deodorant, or perfumes will be refused, or charged a 40% restocking fee. All tags must be attached. No exception.
INELIGIBLE RETURNS
- You will be invoiced for the return shipping cost. If not paid within 7 days, items/order will be donated to charity.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS
- subject to refusal, or a 30% restocking fee. You will be notified by text, or email if we feel you have abused our Return Policy.
EXCHANGES
- We no longer have the ability to do exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back any return items to be processed for a store credit.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
- We are unable to cancel orders, or make changes to orders once they are in process. Please refer to our Return Policy to return those items.
